Yoga and Meditation with Rossana
Join us for an evening of warming, uplifting yoga, open to beginners and beyond, where the emphasis is less on the postures and more on feeling good in mind and body. We will close the yoga practise with a guided meditation, leaving you calm and rested.
This session is open to all abilities.
Please bring yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket as it can get a little chilly in the Nave.
