Meet Father Christmas and step inside his magical world. You’ll meet all of his friends as Ivy the pixie fairy guides you along an interactive winter trail. Each child will receive a gift and 1:1 time with Father Christmas. He has done his research, and knows about every child.

WHO WILL I MEET?

After meeting Ivy the pixie fairy, you will drop in for an earthworm tea with Window Winterberry in her tiny mouse’s house; help Figgy Fancypants at his busy cracker factory; journey through the snowy forest with Poinsettia the snowman and naughty Frosty Jack; then meet Eggnog the Elf – and the big man in red himself – at the elves’ workshop.

All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Maximum 2 children per adult.

To make the experience even more magical, please help Father Christmas with his research. When you book your ticket, for every Child ticket in your basket, we will ask you questions about each child. This information will be used solely by Father Christmas in conversation with your child.

BY BUS

Bus stops are located on Croft Road and outside the old IKEA building. These cater for several bus routes. The main bus station is located by Pool Meadow and runs services to Nuneaton, University Hospital Walsgrave, Leamington and Keresley. Please check local timetables.

BY BIKE

There is bike parking opposite the entrance to Father Christmas & Friends. Please bring your own lock.

BY CAR

Skydome’s postcode is CV1 3AZ. If you are approaching from outside Coventry follow signposts to City Centre. We are right next door to the old IKEA building on A4053 Ringway Rudge.

Skydome car park has 779 spaces and is open 24 hours a day.

TICKET TYPES

Child ticket includes Ivy’s guided tour around our winter wonderland, a 1:1 personal conversation with Father Christmas and a gift to take home. (There’s no upper age limit for a Child ticket!)

Adult ticket includes Ivy’s guided tour around our winter wonderland. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Maximum 2 children per adult.

SHOW TIMES

There are six shows per day: 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

ACCESS INFORMATION

For Relaxed performances, we will reduce potential triggers, like darkness, loud music and sudden noises. We will also have smaller group sizes. Relaxed performances will be at the following times:

10.30am on Sat 13th Dec and Sat 20th Dec.
4.30pm on Sun 7th Dec, Sun 14th Dec and Sun 21st Dec.
British Sign Language (BSL) will be available for all shows on Sunday 14th December.

Audio Description (AD) will be available for all shows on Sunday 21st December.

There is level access and the venue is wheelchair accessible. The show will take place on the ground floor.

Dedicated Blue Badge parking spaces are available at Skydome car park.

An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor.

Assistance dogs for disabled people are welcome.
