ABC CINEMA RETURNS FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY THIS SUMMER AT HMV EMPIREOn Friday 18th July, for one night only this summer, we will be turning back time, screening blockbuster films that were once shown in the hmv Empire building – formerly ABC Cinema / ABC Empire Cinema. We will be screening 2 classic films that were shown at ABC Cinema, Hertford Street (1973-1986). This will be an ABC 1 / main stage screening with 13K projection on a massive cinema screen, and an immense L’Acoustics Kara 2 soundsystem. Our bars will be open, along with cinema refreshments Popcorn, Hotdogs, Nachos & Sweets. Cocktails 241 & more drinks deals. ABC EMPIRE CINEMA PRESENTS:[1] E.T.Doors open 6PM. Showtime 7PM – 9PM. U-Rated. [2] Jaws (50th Anniversary)Doors open 8.30PM (Balcony Bar). Showtime 9.30PM – 11.30PM. PG-Rated.
