Albion Recruitment was born in 2010 after the founding partners, Martin Hucker and Lee Cox, found themselves consistently disappointed by the service offered by myriad run of the mill recruiting agencies who promised much but delivered little.

Having experienced redundancy as a consequence of the economic downturn and after yet again being left in the dark as to the fate of another CV which seemed to disappear into the ether, the partners formed the view that there must be a better way to service the needs of candidates who deserved more respect and acknowledgement than they themselves had been afforded. Albion Recruitment’s specialist staff will use their best endeavours on your behalf, acting at all times with vigour, enthusiasm and integrity.
